MANUEL’S ON THE 28TH AND HARVEY’S BISTRO DOWNTOWN

GIFT CERTIFICATE EXCHANGE PROGRAM

 

The Management Team and Staff at Harvey’s Bistro Downtown and Manuel on the 28th would like thank our loyal Guests for their patronage over the past 15 plus years.  It is very unfortunate that we were unable to reach a lease agreement with the Bank of America’s Building management and were forced to cease operations against our wishes.

 

We have reached an exclusive in kind Gift Certificate Exchange Program with partner restaurants for our Guests who are in possession of Non-Promotional Gift Certificates purchased for either Manuel’s on the 28th or Harvey’s Bistro Downtown.  We have chosen these restaurants due to their excellence in Guest service, meticulous attention to detail and culinary passion. 

 

Please utilize the following steps to exchange your Non-Promotional Gift Certificates:

 

  • Mail your Original Gift Certificate* to : Harvey’s Bistro, Inc.

                           Gift Certificate Exchange

                           Orlando, FL 32824

            *please keep a copy for your records

 

  • Please include your return mailing address, contact name & phone #.
  • A Gift Certificate to one of the Partner Restaurants will be returned to you within two weeks.
  • The new Gift Certificate will have No Cash Value and will be valid for 90 days from the receipt of the original Gift Certificate.  Additional Restrictions may apply.
  • Manuel’s on the 28th and Harvey’s Gift Certificates must be mailed to the address indicated above for exchange; the participating partner restaurants will not accept them as a form of payment.
  • You may mail your Gift Certificates for exchange through May 31, 2009.

 

For our “Regulars” who considered our restaurants “home” we would love for you consider these partner restaurants your new home.  We understand that should our restaurants resurface, it will be our responsibility to regain your loyalty.
